Ric-Chara Pina
New York – London
I am a strategic partnerships and experiential leader operating at the interplay of culture, fashion, media.
After becoming a World Champion in Acrobatics and Tumbling in 2010, and studying Anthropology, I built a career defined by resilience, systems thinking, and cultural alignment . I began in New York in women’s wear as Production Manager for Brother Vellies and William Okpo, managing domestic and international production across Portugal and Africa - moving complex systems forward without losing the heart of the work or its connection to the creators.
I transitioned into brand-driven experiential and film production, leading culturally significant partnerships including H&M’s Juneteenth collaboration and their 2020 rebrand with Ruth E. Carter. These experiences strengthened my ability to translate brand values into culturally resonant activations while managing complex cross-functional teams.
As in-house Line Producer at Equator Studios, I oversaw multi-market productions, stakeholder relationships, and budget strategy from concept through launch.
Now freelancing across tech, media, fashion, and large-scale installations, I’ve led projects including Rockefeller Center’s HERO space. I am open to contract work that focuses on building partnerships that merge experiences and community into ecosystems with authenticity and measurable impact.
